REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please contact customer service by emailing us at shop@setapartgirl.com or call 970-686-9021 in order to authorize a return prior to sending it.

Upon receipt of your pre-authorized return, we will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s). However, unless otherwise agreed, we will not refund the costs for shipping the original order nor the cost for shipping the return back to us.

 

REFUNDS ON DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

 

If you have experienced problems with downloadable products, please contact our customer service by emailing us at shop@setapartgirl.com or call us at 970-686-9021 in order to remedy the issue. If you are not satisfied with the solution, please notify us promptly, and we will seek to make amends through refunding the payment amount.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

 

If you would like to cancel your order,  you must contact us by phone: 970-686-9021  or email at shop@setapartgirl.com. Your cancellation request must be received before your order is processed and shipped, which is typically between 1-2 business days. (If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our returns policy stated above. Please note that all return shipping costs are covered by the customer.)

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

 

The price we charge for shipping is not necessarily the cost charged to us by the shipping company, but may include additional handling charges to offset the cost of packaging materials.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/CUSTOMS

 

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. Set Apart Girl does not charge these fees, and we have no control over the amount of the fees. All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees.
